  This is a really lovely shop, where I have been several years running to get a silver charm for my daughter's bracelet... she gets a single charm every year. despite the low profit involved in a single silver charm, I am always given amazing service, my daughter is given as long to browse over old and new charms as she wishes, the staff are a dream, and the shop itself a treasure trove. It's like walking into all the best of the past, stepping into this shop. Beautiful, and magical, and I wish I had more reason to visit!
