  I needed a diesel car for my 80 miles a day travel to and from work and after some bizarre experiences from a third party dealer I decided to visit the main dealer SEAT. Excellent customer service!! Special mention to Lance who was did an excellent job and all members of staff very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I admire the professionalism, these staff are well trained and made me leave thinking everything is just right. Refreshments were offered while I was waiting and after the paperwork even the salesperson who did not do the deal with me said, "thanks and enjoy your new car" I recommend SEAT in Gloucester if you want to leave smiling ^_^

  Motability service is very very poor here compared to a company like Hyundai which gives excellent service to their motability customers. Blade VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda all need to buck up if they want to keep their customers. Not calling customers back is one of their biggest problems and treating motability customers like second rate people who don't really matter! They have a very long way to go to catch up to the service given by the south Korean dealers. Being on motability for over 20 years and have used most brands of car, the blade group service is terrible. I hope they can change this as I do like their cars but am out off by the service.
