  Extremely bad service. Ordered a fridge freezer and dishwasher in store a few weeks ago. Picked a delivery date as my partner was off work, didn't show up on specified date and was told that they would deliver next day. Waited next day for delivery, called head office as still hadn't delivered to then be told that they messed up the delivery booking and that they would try to deliver next day - holding out hope that they actually deliver but not holding my breathe! Now having to take time off work to be home for delivery. Shocking service.
