  Had my car delivered to Johnson’s by Volvo Assistance following a breakdown, every time I called I got a different story, half the time they told me it was in the workshop being repaired the rest of the time they claimed they’d never received the car and didn’t have it. The only way I got any where was to take time of work and visit them in person, as they constantly promised and failed to return my calls. Towards the end I totally lost confidence in them. I will never take my car back there and I’m extremely unlikely to buy another Volvo as a result.
