  Absolutely shocking. Visited 3 times in the last ten days, on different days and at different times, clearly says no appointments/no booking required, wanted S quick check on tyres, told by the 'manager' nothing available, too busy, someone sick, and 2 cars already booked in!

  amateurs worst service received when I went in July 2016. it took them 4,5 hours for a full service and a Air con. Regarding to the engine undercover, half of the fasteners were only used after the service , which explain why that part felt later in August . regarding to the air con service, I realized 3 weeks later during summer holidays that the air wasn't filled properly. I went to another garage which measured that only half of the gas was loaded. in others words, they didn't recharged it during the first service ( no leaks measured during the 2nd recharge ). Since that new service, the air con works properly.
