We visited Cheltenham and Gloucester Mercedes as we were interested in purchasing a new vehicle. The woman on the reception desk didn't bother to speak to us, none of the sales people offered any assistance, and there was no car of the type we were looking for in the showroom. Not the sort of service I would expect from a premium price brand dealership. Maybe it's because we weren't dressed in designer clothes. Needless to say we will be considering alternative brands, where dealership staff are somewhat less sniffy.
