  They got my parts at a reasonable price, and they were right and did the fix. All transactions. went quite smoothly. Parking at there yard isn't ideal and it's not really customer friendly. Overall I would go back if I needed to but I'd be keen to try somewhere else if possible.

  Huge business with minuscule customer service or respect. It would appear their staff are all trained to or are especially chosen for their lack of customer care, respect and an abundance of rudeness. The unhelpful attitude cements the service you will receive at the counter or over the phone (Should you be able to get through to anyone). Speaking of that, I've personally been on hold for more than an hour in position one on many an occasion and I am still yet to speak to someone. I have had the inconvenience and terrible loss of dealing with a mis-described vehicle (It was a SWB but advertised as a LWB commercial) at the Kent branch after a 512 mile round journey to find they refused to accept their mistake insisting instead to add to my expense by charging further fees to relist the vehicle at my loss. I've dealt with the Oldham depot because I had the short-sight of falling for the cheap entry fees when submitting a car for sale. First the run-around because even though i'm a registered trader, they refused to accept a vehicle for sale unless it's in your name. Once finally resolved once the vehicle sold, I was then introduced to the Doncaster branch for payment. Payment took over 7 weeks to receive. Trying to call the lines resulted in the longest on hold times i've ever encountered. After weeks of trying I was told to wait a week for a cheque, then another week until I finally received it having been told to pay an additional 10 pounds to re-issue. If it were possible i'd award them a 0.5 out of 5 for customer service, professionalism and a minus 1 for the business and it's treatment metered out to it's customers.
