- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-01-21, by Evian RoseThe assistant at Gloucester got my prescription totally wrong & I had to fork out over £100 extra & wait a further week for new lenses. No phone call to say glasses were in. I rang & discovered lenses were in store. I asked why didn't the store ring & was told we don't ring customers - why not? While glasses were 'tested' for comfort, twice I asked to be altered & in the end the assistant said I had unequal ears!!! What?? What a load of rubbish. I have had endless problems with glasses with this store & unhelpfulness. Wouldn't recommend them.
